Optimal medical treatments, including medications, smoking cessation, cardiac rehabilitation, are essential baseline management prevent native atherosclerosis degradation among all post-CABG who undergo secondary revascularization as well those CABG surgery order avoid situations requiring revascularization. All procedures should built upon firm optimal treatments. Percutaneous intervention current mainstay approaches for have symptoms heart failure or angina pectoris because low invasiveness technique no need re-sternotomy.
